KuCoin Signs MOU With Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association

KuCoin has inked a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 1Matrix and the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA) to improve digital asset applications, expedite blockchain infrastructure, and foster digital economic growth in Vietnam. Vietnam’s 2025–2030 Blockchain Strategy is supported by the three parties: KuCoin supplies technology, 1Matrix manages local resources, and VBA spearheads policy and standardisation.
